The safety and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues is always a top priority. With this understanding, we have enhanced our services with additional precautions in line with Turkish Ministry of Tourism’s Covid -19 precaution guideline.

  1. All of our staff received special hygiene training regarding COVID-19 from TUROB and professional trainers. The Safe Tourism Certificate issued by the Ministry of Tourism will start to be implemented with the opening of the hotel.
  2. Body temperature of our staff and guests is measured at hotel entrances with infrared thermometers.
  3. A disinfectant mat is placed at the entrance of the hotel and hygiene kits are available for our guests.
  4. All transactions that may require contact during check-in and check-out are carried out within the framework of the safe social distance rule. Therefore, there is also a barrier at the reception desk.
  5. Regular HEPP code inquiries are made for all of our guests and employees.
  6. Special disinfection stations have been established in all public areas of the hotel and social distance indicators have been placed.
  7. A special quarantine zone has been created within the hotel.
  8. Our rooms are ventilated for a minimum of 1 hour after cleaning and are subjected to routine ozonation.
  9. Our housekeeping staff wears personal protective equipment (e.g. masks, gloves, hair and shoe covers) based on the activities they are performing and based on the hygiene instructions.
  10. Personal hygiene products are available in the guestrooms.
  11. All textile products such as sheets, towels, etc are washed at high temperatures.
  12. A cooperation agreement is signed with a full-fledged private hospital in Bolu for 24/7 health services.
  13. 24/7 medical team is provided at the hotel.
  14. After check-out, a deep cleaning, sterilisation and ventilation are performed for each guestroom.
  15. Social distance rules are applied at the restaurant, in the ski room and public areas. Social distance indicators are also replaced.
  16. Our service vehicles are working by taking into account of social distance rules and are being disinfected after each trip.
  17. Our spa and pool services will remain closed due to COVID-19 security reasons to a new regulation to be held by the Ministry.
  18. Special disinfection policy is applied for ski room materials.
  19. Children’s playroom is closed due to COVID-19.
  20. Due to Covid-19 measures and social distance rules, our guests who will early check-in or check-out will only get service at the lobby area.
